Job Description & Qualification

Candidates must have been granted or nearly completed a Ph.D. in Business Administration or Management. Candidates with a concentration in Management and International Business will be preferred. Applicants ought to demonstrate excellent business research and teaching skills for both undergraduate and graduate business programs. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is desirable. Candidates able to teach international business, global management, introduction to business and general management, and entrepreneurship courses will be preferred. More senior candidates should have teaching experience and a relevant publication record in management journals. A comprehensive background in business (through education, executive or business experience) is desired. We are looking for international talent that adds to our team and community and wants to contribute to business education in our region with an outstanding commitment to our students and to generate research relevant to our mission and stakeholders.
